We specialize in bringing these visions to life. Regardless of the size of your space, we can design a kitchen garden tailored to your needs.
We’ve learned the essential steps for a successful setup, which consequently transforms those initial frustrations and feelings of being overwhelmed into embracing a garden-centered lifestyle.
Here is what to expect on your Kitchen Garden Consultation
Strategize
During our hour together, we’ll walk through your space while discussing your gardening aspirations and objectives. I’ll also provide insight into the four gardening seasons in the Midlands or your specific area, ensuring you’re equipped to grow food year-round. Together, we’ll identify the optimal location for a raised bed, considering factors like sunlight exposure, proximity to a water source, and aesthetic appeal.
Within a week we will meet virtually to go over the design. Your consultation fee includes 1 revision of the original plan. (Additional changes will be billed at $60 per hour.) We will then email you a cost estimate for a Full-Service Installation.
Sow
We Offer Two Installation Options:
Full-Service Installation: When you choose this option, our team handles everything from the initial groundbreaking to the final planting. Once completed, we’ll go over your planting plan together and provide useful tips for maintaining your new Kitchen Garden. Additionally, within 30 days of installation, we offer a complimentary 1-hour follow-up visit to ensure everything is thriving as expected.
Self-Installation Package: If you prefer a hands-on approach, we offer step-by-step instructions covering essential aspects for success, including recommended materials for raised beds, soil composition, irrigation needs, and construction basics. Additionally, you’ll receive a planting plan for one season and useful links for maintaining your new Kitchen Garden. *Cost for self-installation steps and instructions may vary based on the design.”

Common maintenance includes pruning, staking/training vines, weeding, pest/disease monitoring & control, removing dead plants, replanting, dividing perennials, etc.
Rate is per hour + materials.
Starting at $75 per 1-hour session.
Scheduling is weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, or as needed.
10% discount for purchasing a yearly plan of 1 hr/week of maintenance.
Planting Plans
A personalized, comprehensive planting guide, tailored to existing gardens, detailing the ideal seasonal plants to grow.
Starting at $100 for up to a 100 square foot garden.
